a sad note to share

Well, this morning I came into the store and found that we had had a break in sometime over the weekend. It makes me sad. They didn't tear up anything but the back door and they only took the cash we had on hand which by all accounts was not much. What makes me sad is that someone would waist such effort for so little. Billy, being who he is, is at this moment working on a back door that no one will be able to come through without a blow torch. So unless they are willing to break out the front glass door I guess I won't have anyone breaking in for a while anyway. It's not a big deal, sad for the person responsible because of what that means about them and for them and sad that I have to cover up the art work of my daughter on the original door, it is sad to loose the money lost because we don't make that much but thank goodness that it wasn't worse than this.
